Legal Information and Website Rules
Version 3.0 dated 24 September 2026. Effective upon actual publication.
1. Website owner and contact details
The website https://abs-marketing.com presents ABS-Marketing services and enables communication with visitors. Its owner and administrator is Individual Entrepreneur Igor Andreevich Shalubin, INN (taxpayer identification number) 233602201699, OGRNIP (individual entrepreneur registration number) 322237500103156. Correspondence address: 26A Kislovodskaya Street, Staronizhestebliyevskaya stanitsa, Krasnoarmeysky District, Krasnodar Krai, 353840, Russia. Email: digital-abs@yandex.ru; telephone: +7 (995) 220-55-90.
ABS-Marketing is a business name in use, not a separate party to a contract. Check that the payment recipient matches the service provider in the contract or the disclosed lawful payment arrangement. Bank details are supplied in the documents for the individual transaction.
2. Using the website and making an enquiry
Visitors may read the materials and send accurate enquiries using the functions for their intended purposes. Required fields are limited to necessary information; declining advertising, optional analytics or the talent pool does not prevent an ordinary service enquiry or job application.
Do not send passports, SNILS pension insurance numbers, health information, passwords, codes, full card details or other people’s client databases through general forms. Work access is shared separately through an agreed secure channel and limited to what is necessary. Sending a message on another person’s behalf requires authority and a basis for transferring their data; the Operator’s duty to verify remains.
Unauthorised interference, malicious code, spam, impersonation, obtaining other people’s access credentials and infringement of intellectual property rights are prohibited. These rules do not prohibit actions expressly permitted by law or security testing agreed with the owner.
3. How services are ordered
The basic process is to make an enquiry and clarify the task; prepare a proposal; agree the subject, scope, timescale, price and outcome; record the contract and brief; and make payment and perform the work as agreed.
An enquiry, quiz, callback request or automatic delivery confirmation does not, by itself, conclude a contract for paid services. General descriptions and price ranges invite discussion of an order and do not replace the terms of an individual transaction. A specific offer for a particular product applies when that product is actually offered on those terms.
Advertising budgets, platform payments, licences, domain registration and hosting are included in the price only by express agreement. These rules do not impose the same advance payment, commission or non-refundable payment on every service.
Changes to the brief are recorded in the agreed way. The brief determines the deliverable and how it is checked. A forecast of enquiries, cost per enquiry, rankings or revenue does not replace an obligation expressly accepted by the service provider.
4. Materials, case studies and rights
Rights to text, photographs, code, design, names and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Publication does not transfer exclusive rights or permit unlimited commercial use. Lawful quotation and other statutory exceptions remain available.
Case studies relate to individual projects and their starting conditions; they do not guarantee the same result for every client. This explanation does not remove the requirements for accurate information, agreed obligations or liability under the law. To report a suspected rights infringement, email digital-abs@yandex.ru with the page, material, basis of your rights and contact details.
5. Data, external services and availability
Data processing is described in the separate Policy: https://abs-marketing.com/privacy-policy/. These rules are not consent to data processing, advertising or publication of information. Visiting the website does not replace a separate expression of choice.
Responding to an enquiry and sending a requested proposal do not add a person to an advertising database. An integrated processor or embedded widget is not treated as a simple link to an external resource; the administrator remains responsible for its own processing.
Maintenance and errors may occur. The administrator takes reasonable measures for availability and security. Liability is governed by the law and the contract; mandatory protections are not excluded.
6. Cancellation, claims and changes
When an individual order ends, the amount payable depends on the reason, the law, work actually performed and the contract; no automatic ban on all refunds is introduced. Individuals purchasing services for personal needs retain mandatory consumer protections regardless of the contract’s name.
For a claim, identify the party, contract number or date, your request and contact details. Claims are accepted at digital-abs@yandex.ru and at 26A Kislovodskaya Street, Staronizhestebliyevskaya stanitsa, Krasnoarmeysky District, Krasnodar Krai, 353840, Russia. A special form, original paper receipt and explanation of the reason are not required where the law permits a free-form request. Statutory or contractual periods appropriate to the type of request apply.
Online payment for a specific product requires advance disclosure of the service provider, subject, full price, timescale, contract terms, cancellation and refund conditions. This information page does not replace that contract or automatically authorise launching a shop or subscription.
The law of the Russian Federation applies to the relationship, with mandatory protections preserved. Lawful choice of court is not restricted by a general exclusive-jurisdiction clause at the administrator’s location. New rules apply to future use of the website without worsening an existing contract or retrospectively changing consents.
