Website development for PIPL KARAOKE CLUB

The challenge

  • The club needed a website that conveyed the venue's atmosphere.
  • The website and promotional materials lacked a consistent visual identity.
  • There was no dedicated place to announce events and promotions.
  • Visitors needed a clearer and more accessible booking process.

Our approach

Visitor research

  • Studied how guests search for clubs in Moscow and compare price, capacity and atmosphere.

Website structure

  • Planned sections for rooms, events, menus, galleries, vacancies, gift certificates and contacts.

Design and prototyping

  • Created a high-contrast interface centered on room photography and booking actions.
  • Designed large desktop photo banners and mobile-friendly slides.

Booking and contact forms

  • Added an online booking form at the bottom of each page and a floating contact widget.
  • Provided WhatsApp, Telegram and email links for direct contact.

Events and photography

  • Built an event feed with full-screen galleries and links to event photo reports.

Performance

  • Used lazy loading for images and reduced script weight to improve page loading.

Testing and handover

  • Checked room booking flows, form behavior and responsive layouts.
  • Launched the website and showed staff how to update events and menus.
