Website development for the LOTOS dental clinic

The challenge

The client needed:

  • A consistent visual identity for the website and the clinic’s online map listings.
  • A place for the clinic’s documents on the website.
  • A clearer site structure and appointment booking process.
  • A stronger presentation of the clinic’s achievements and strengths.

Our approach

Project briefing

  • Discussed the clinic’s goals, audience, services and preferred booking channels.
  • Collected its logo, colors, text, doctor photographs and existing documents, including licenses and agreements.

Research and prototyping

  • Mapped how patients look for a dentist, what concerns them and which questions the website should answer first.
  • Planned the pages in Figma, from the opening screen to service details and the booking form.
  • Agreed the structure and links between Services, About, Documents, Reviews and Contact.

Visual design

  • Adapted the clinic’s colors and typography and selected supporting icons and photographs.
  • Designed subtle scroll and button effects for Elementor Pro.

WordPress implementation

  • Set up WordPress with a lightweight theme.
  • Built the pages in Elementor Pro.
  • Used dynamic fields and Gutenberg and Elementor templates to support visual editing.

Forms and notifications

  • Configured appointment request fields for the doctor, service, preferred time and comments.
  • Added WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber buttons that open the relevant chat.

Testing and refinement

  • Checked desktop and mobile user journeys, text readability and access to page controls.
  • Adjusted responsive layouts and checked the forms.
  • Prepared page titles, descriptions and keywords for search engines.
